Welcome to jsayuri.com, the shop and studio site of artist J. Sayuri in Portland, Oregon. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. They’re written to be read, so they’re short.
Orders and Pricing
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
- Prints are made in small batches and limited editions, so quantities are limited. If an item sells out or a price is listed by mistake, I’ll contact you and offer a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by trusted payment providers such as PayPal. I never see or store your full card number.
Shipping, Returns and Damage
Shipping options, timing and what to do if something arrives damaged are on the Shipping page. Returns, exchanges and cancellations are covered in my Returns and Refunds policy.
Risograph Prints
Risograph prints one ink color at a time, so color and registration (how the layers line up) vary slightly from print to print, and screens show color a little differently. That variation is part of the process, not a defect.
Artwork and Copyright
All artwork, photos, videos and text on this site are © J. Sayuri. When you buy a print, you own that physical print to enjoy, frame and gift. Buying a print doesn’t include the right to copy, scan, reproduce or sell the artwork or its image.
Digital Downloads
- Sewing patterns and other downloads are for personal use only. You’re welcome to make items for yourself and as gifts.
- Please don’t share, resell or redistribute the files, or sell items made from them, without a license. If you’d like to make items to sell, get in touch through my contact form about a small-business license.
- Downloads are non-refundable once purchased, but if a file won’t open or something is missing, email me and I’ll fix it.
Privacy
How I collect and use your information is explained in my Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
I do my best to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
