This policy explains what information jsayuri.com collects, why, and what I do with it. I’m Sayuri, the artist behind J. Sayuri, and I run this shop myself. I only collect what I need to fill your order, answer your messages, and send emails you’ve asked for. I never sell your information.
What I Collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and phone number if you provide one. Your order details are saved so I can ship your order, send download links, and keep business records.
Payments: payments are processed by PayPal. I never see or store your full card number. PayPal’s own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment information.
When you join my email list: your first name and email address. My emails are sent through Mailchimp. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list anytime.
When you contact me: your name, email address, and message, so I can reply.
When you browse the site: basic visit information, such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics. This helps me understand which pages are useful. My security tools also record IP addresses to block hacking attempts and spam.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, keep checkout secure, and measure site visits through Google Analytics. Embedded YouTube videos may also set cookies when you play them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need them to work.
Who I Share It With
Only the services that help me run the shop:
- PayPal, to process payments
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, to deliver your order
- Mailchimp, to send emails you signed up for
- Google Analytics, to measure site traffic
- My web host and security tools, to keep the site running and safe
How Long I Keep It
I keep order records as long as needed for taxes and accounting. Email list information stays until you unsubscribe. Messages stay in my inbox until they’re no longer needed.
Your Choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Email me at hello@jsayuri.com. Some order records may need to be kept for tax purposes.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
