I pack and ship every order myself from my studio in Portland, Oregon.
Shipping Options
This shop ships within the United States. You choose your shipping at checkout:
- Free ground shipping. USPS Ground Advantage. I ship within 3 to 5 business days, and it usually arrives 2 to 5 days after that.
- Priority Mail, $24. I ship within 1 to 2 business days, and it usually arrives 1 to 3 days after that.
- Digital downloads (like sewing patterns) don’t ship. Your download link appears right after checkout and in your order confirmation email.
How Your Prints Are Packed
- 11 × 17 prints ship rolled in a sturdy mailing tube.
- Smaller prints and print sets ship flat with a cardboard backing board in a padded mailer.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with your USPS tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email me a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll send you a replacement.
If your package seems lost (tracking hasn’t updated in over a week, or it says delivered but you can’t find it), email me. I’ll check with USPS and send you a replacement if it’s lost.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email me right away. I can update it any time before your order ships.
Shipping Outside the US
This shop doesn’t ship internationally yet. Many of my prints are also available in my Etsy shop, which ships worldwide.
